If possible I would have given something lower than this. Totally unsatisfied by their service. The sales person gives you promise and offer that they never fulfill. I didn't take their 3 months insurance which they were trying to bring down my throat forcefully. And guess what they gave me a car which: 1) was as dirty as it could get(Not at all cleaned) 2) Just after I did all the documentation of the car, I found that the AC belt was making a lot of noise. I brought it to the notice of the person in charge at the showroom. But guess what he told me that you are not insured by us for this car(because I refused to take their 3 months warranty). Seriously? I mean I didn't take the car out of the showroom yet and they are already telling me that sir we gave you a car with some issue and we will not look into it. I made the person in-charge to sign a letter indicating this condition and in case if the problem persist after few days as well then they will be fixing it. But who knows I am emailed them and waiting for their response as the problem still persist. I say a big NOOOOOOO from my side to go 35 kms off the main city to their showroom. Just zoom in the below pictures to see how much mud I brought along with me when I bought the car from them.

I had an appointment, confirmed it with them prior of going, to find out that the car was sold a few days before. Their customer service is not what you would expect from a used car dealership.

I had really good experience in service with grenier automobile. Specially Thomas helped me to fix engine problem. He constantly connected to help me out and any confusion. Thanks

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The car we had an appointment to see didn't seem to exist. We had driven two hours for this appointment. We test drove another one, and he immediately raised the price and the quote didnt make any sense. Not this one.
