Went to the dealer to look at a vehicle with my daughter and we had driven all the way from Ottawa. I did not find the experience professional. The car had some damage that was not disclosed. Damage was fairly cosmetic in two spots but when I pointed the damage out to Wendell he just seemed to brush over it saying the car fax was clean. When we were talking price, there was little to no budge. I asked for $500 off the asking price on a $17,800 car and it did not even seem like he brought the offer to his manager. They don’t have to drop the price of the car but at least make me feel like you tried. When he was justifying the price he brought up carguru listings and would skip over the listings of cars that were comparable and even removed some. When I pointed this out to him he just smiled like it was funny and he got caught. The whole experience just felt unprofessional. The price was fairly competitive but we still ended up buying the same make and model car a year newer for a lower price at another dealer in the area with a clean car fax. I have bought a few cars in my day, this experience ranks at the bottom and I am glad we walked away. It did not feel right.

I scheduled an appointment through their website to see a specific car and I also confirmed with them the night before. They told me everything was good. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown to get there, only to be told the car wasn’t on-site and that I should “come back tomorrow.” I even offered to go directly to the lot where the car was located, but they told me it wasn’t possible. No apology, no effort to make it right, and they didn’t offer to show me any other cars. Extremely unprofessional experience. Definitely not what you expect from a dealership.

If possible I would have given something lower than this. Totally unsatisfied by their service. The sales person gives you promise and offer that they never fulfill. I didn't take their 3 months insurance which they were trying to bring down my throat forcefully. And guess what they gave me a car which: 1) was as dirty as it could get(Not at all cleaned) 2) Just after I did all the documentation of the car, I found that the AC belt was making a lot of noise. I brought it to the notice of the person in charge at the showroom. But guess what he told me that you are not insured by us for this car(because I refused to take their 3 months warranty). Seriously? I mean I didn't take the car out of the showroom yet and they are already telling me that sir we gave you a car with some issue and we will not look into it. I made the person in-charge to sign a letter indicating this condition and in case if the problem persist after few days as well then they will be fixing it. But who knows I am emailed them and waiting for their response as the problem still persist. I say a big NOOOOOOO from my side to go 35 kms off the main city to their showroom. Just zoom in the below pictures to see how much mud I brought along with me when I bought the car from them.

DO NOT COME FROM FAR TO BUY VEHICLE AT THIS DEALER. Set an appointment with a person on sms for 3 pm. Got there at 3:07pm and there was no problem. Told them I'm here to see an infiniti they had on there website that I set an appointment with and they tell me then and there that the car was sold. Logically I ask when was it sold he said on the phone this morning. So you telling me since this morning till I got to the dealer a 2 sec phone call or even a sms saying that it was sold would have saved me 50 minutes of my life waisted and the gas to drive there. Anyway, I ask if I could still see the vehicle and he agree but since the car was bought i could not get the keys understandly. When I saw the car in the yard, there was physical damage to the front bumper and the top of the car seemed like it was sitting in the sun for months for the clear paint to fade. Let me remind you that there was nowhere on the listing said there was damage. They told me also they and a other q50 and that one was also for sale and its at the same price. I agree to check the car out and the car was in worse then I thought to be sold at this price. Meaning there was damage on the steering wheel, the front bumper was crack on the top, as soon u get in the car u can smell that someone smoke in the car and so much more. Would not recommend buying from here unless u know what u getting in to. Anyway all this to say that they DO NOT tell u when a car is sold and they DO NOT say on there listing if there is damage.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership and I cannot express enough how helpful and positive the entire experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car for my needs. The salesman was knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a car. Only one minor issue is that the salesperson does not speak English, so EVERYTHING must be translated by my partner. Frank the finance guy is fantastic.

Thank you, Francis, for the courteous service. I'll recommend you to my friends and family. My daughter loves her little red Fiat convertible.
